Leads: 6th-9th Grade
INSPIRING YOUNG LEADERS FOR 32 YEARS
Middle school is a pivotal time for character development. The Leads program converts this transition into an opportunity for growth. Through community service, adventure, and purposeful connection, we provide young teens the environment they need to build confidence, develop self-sufficiency, and step into leadership.

WHAT WE DO HAS A PURPOSE AND MEANING
Leads is designed to build character in middle school students. We foster well-rounded growth through a curriculum rooted in creativity, exploration, and self-reflection. Students move beyond simple activities to develop the leadership skills and confidence required for the challenges ahead.
1. Creativity
For the Leads program, creativity is a critical leadership skill. We move beyond simple expression to focus on innovation and problem-solving. Through design challenges and collaborative projects, teens learn to articulate their vision, respect diverse perspectives, and contribute unique solutions to the group.
ACTIVITIES
Leads Lounge – Community Service – Process Art – Corp Discussions- Team Building Activities
2. Exploration
Exploration in the Leads program is about stepping out of comfort zones. We challenge teens to push beyond their current perceptions and engage with the world around them. Through adventure-based learning and new experiences, students develop the adaptability and resilience necessary for real-world success.
