We understand that the greatest advocates and supporters of Kidventure are our families. Therefore, we have established a Referral Program that rewards you for being that advocate. Beginning this year, when your online registration is completed, a personalized referral link will be displayed on the confirmation page. You can share that personalized link on your social or via email. Either way, when someone uses that link to register you will automatically receive $10 for each registrant and you will be notified and they also get $10 discount on camp tuition. One registrant equals $10! That is money that can be used in your account towards camp tuition!
HOW THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORKS
- After your online registration is completed, a personalized referral link will be displayed on the confirmation page with details of social referral program incentives.
- The custom referral link can then be copied by clicking the link directly, or can also be shared.
WAYS TO SHARE YOUR LINK
- On Facebook by clicking the Share button to open the corresponding Facebook webpage
- On X (formerly Twitter) by clicking the Tweet button to open the corresponding X webpage
- By clicking the Email button open your local email client and generate an email with a pre-loaded subject and message, with dynamic fields for the registered Season and Organization Name.
- By SMS message if the registration is made on a mobile device, by tapping the SMS button to open the local SMS app. The draft message will include the same pre-load template as for an email.
HOW YOU EARN YOUR CREDIT
Every time a consumer registers using your referral link, you will be informed by email of their:
- Referral progress, in an email
- Credit earned for reaching the referral threshold, in an email
- Your Account will have that amount applied to your credit which can be used toward camp tuition
- All referral credits must be redeemed by August 9, 2024. Credits will not roll over to another season.
SPECIAL NOTES
- Personalized referral links are specific to one Season (examples: Houston Summer, Austin Summer…) and one per family of the referrer. If other family members use the family personalized referral link to register, then this does NOT count. In short, you can not use the link to share and register within the same family.
- If the referred person cancels their registration made using a referral link:
- Before the person who referred has met the threshold to receive their credit reward or before the credit has been issued, then the cancellation will be deducted from their overall referral count.
- If the cancellation occurs after the person who referred has been awarded a referral credit, then the credit will not be revoked
- All referral credits must be redeemed by August 9, 2024. Credits will not roll over to another season.
