Roxana Rivera aka Roxxi is a proud Salvadorian American born and raised in Houston, TX. As a child, Roxxi had lots of adventures with her twin sister and older brother as they planned to rule the world with Barbies and Wrestlemania action figures. She studied at Middlebury College in Vermont where her love/hate relationship with snow began after icicles formed in her hair while walking around campus. Apart from learning how to navigate the cold, Roxxi also expanded on her love for learning languages and picked up French and Portuguese. She loved learning languages so much that she ended up minoring in Linguistics and majored in Sociology/ Anthropology. Roxxi joined the KV summer team as a Counselor in 2015, was a Director for 2 years, taught middle school for a year after graduating, and finally joined the full time team as the HR Manager in 2019 but is now the Houston Summer Camp Coordinator.
