Back by popular demand, Kidventure will be operating Thanksgiving Camp at select locations in the DFW area.

+ TIMES AND TUITION

Thanksgiving Camp is Monday-Wednesday. Camp is offered as individual days. The tuition includes special activities, guest speakers, daily snacks, and all other camp activities each day.

Curbside Drop Off 7:45 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Regular Camp 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Curbside Pick Up 3:00 p.m.-3:15 p.m.
Camp Tuition & Optional Add-Ons Times Cost
Individual Camp Day 8 AM-3 PM $75
Post Camp 3:15 PM-6 PM $10 (daily)

+ PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Deposits:
No deposits will be collected for Thanksgiving Camp.

Session Payments:
The full tuition for each camp day is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

+ WHAT WE DO AT CAMP

Every camp day is a unique adventure designed to provide our campers with a wide variety of activities and events designed to promote fun, learning, and development. All activities are based on our 4 Cornerstones of Creativity, Physical Activity, Exploration, and Reflection.

+ CAMP HIGHLIGHTS

Each day will have something exciting to highlight for both our Discoverer and Explorer campers!

DATE ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
Nov. 20 Archery Tag A fun, active game that allows campers to work as a team in a game of tag/dodgeball using child-friendly bows and arrows. Typically geared up or down depending on camper ages. Both programs participate.
Nov. 21 Bounce House/ Obstacle Course Campers will let go and let loose with their friends in an age-appropriate bounce house/ obstacle course.
Nov. 22 Fall Fest Playing traditional camp games/activities like Rainbow and Carnival for a fun-filled day! Both programs participate.

The most important factor in your child’s camp experience is the quality of their camp team. Without a doubt, we recruit, hire, train, and maintain the most qualified and talented staff anywhere.

  • All adult team. Most are certified teachers and education majors.
  • Low staff-to-camper ratios (Explorer Program 1:10; Discoverers Program 1:6).
  • Must have a driving desire to make a difference in the world.
  • All possess a fanatical amount of spirit & energy.
  • All CPR/First Aid certified for infants, children, and adults.
  • All complete state-approved sexual abuse prevention courses.
  • Every team member undergoes annual criminal background and sex offender registry checks.
