Welcome to the Austin City Specific page!
Here you will find all city-specific training information and dates, instructions/ links to sign up for training, information on role-specific meetings, how to request time off, and more.
Kidventure takes pride in ensuring all our staff feels prepared and ready to knock camp out of the park. Trainings are a HUGE component of our staff’s preparation and success at camp. It is what affords us the ability to function so well as a team and walk into the summer prepared. Not so much prepared for you, but prepared for the campers that are waiting to meet you.
You have a unique opportunity. You can choose to train like a champ, or coast and do the bare minimum. If you choose the former, you’ll potentially change the life of someone in need. If you choose to coast, you’ll do little for anyone. What will you choose?
We strongly advise all staff to check this page regularly to stay updated on training dates and information. All of the following trainings are mandatory, but some components have several options. Please read closely and complete the relevant training within each training component that corresponds to you!
Every team member must be First Aid and CPR certified through August 7th, 2026. If you are not currently certified through August 7th, 2026, we ask that you complete the certification with Kidventure. If you are already certified in First Aid/CPR/AED and will be current through August 7th, 2026, your certifications must be uploaded to Paycom before May 30th, 2026.
Details: Kidventure offers a hyrbid training course to staff for a discounted price of $40 (Zelle is preferred, Venmo, cash, or check made out to Kidventure upon request). No payment is to be made to Pro First Aid directly.
Fill out this form so we can assign you to the course and then we will follow up with your Skill Evaluation.
*For any questions or concerns, or are unsure if your certification is still valid, please get in touch with the HR Talent Acquisition Manager, Camden at [email protected] *

This MUST be completed before the start of your camp location. If you cannot complete this course by the deadline, your position with Kidventure will be rescinded.
