worldparty Our Mission: A successful mission deserves a memorable party. We’re celebrating our mission around the globe by throwing a week-long party highlighting all our adventures and accomplishments. Can you say, “Mission Accomplished?”

We need your camper’s immunization record!
If you have not already provided us with a copy of your child’s immunization record, please fax to 713.864.5245. We need it in order for your child to attend camp!

Discoverer Highlights (Ages 3-5)

You are invited to attend our talent show and awards assembly on Friday at 2:30pm in the community center. Please enjoy this fun and lively show and feel free to bring other family members! We look forward to seeing you!

Special Note for This Week:

  • For Splash Day on Thursday, please bring a towel, sunscreen, and change of clothes. Come in your swimsuit!
  • Please check the Lost & Found for any items that your camper might be missing. We will be donating any items not picked up by the end of the week.

This is the last week of camp! We have had so much fun this summer and this week is the best of the best from the summer! Get ready for a great last week of camp! -Nikki

General Camp Information

Camp Lunch Options:

1. Provide your Own Lunches for the Week
2. Lunch for the Week: Cost $30. The cost for lunches for the week is $30 and may not be broken into individual days.
3. Just Chick-fil-A Friday: Cost $6

The meal plan and Chick-fil-A Friday must be purchased at least one week in advance of the start of the camp week and must be paid for by that date. NO substitutions to the menu are available for either program. Kidventure also provides snack and drink to our campers each day. All snacks are peanut and peanut by-product free.

Important Drop off and Pick Up Notice

St. Theresa 6622 Haskell
From I-10 East take the Westcott St. exit (#764). Merge onto Westcott St. Turn right on Durford Dr. Turn right on Rodrigo St. The Community Center is located on the west end of the campus bordering the street Rodrigo.

Arrival and Pick Up Procedures

On your first day of camp for the summer, a parent must accompany the camper into camp for drop-off. If registering for multiple campsites, you must accompany your camper on the first day at each location. During pre and post camp all parents must park and escort their camper to the sign-in/out desk.

Pre Camp Drop off: 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM
Regular Drop off: 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM
Regular Pick Up: 3:30 PM to 3:45 PM
Post Camp Pick Up: 3:45 PM to 6:00 PM (There is a $1 per minute late fee after 6 PM)

Pick-up Safety Concern
Just a reminder that regular pick-up starts at 3:30 p.m. If you arrive at 3:15 or later we would ask that you start or move into the car line for pick-up. We want to refrain from campers and parents walking through the traffic areas for everyone’s safety. If there is a concern that you would like speak to one of the director’s about you may pull up out of the traffic flow after your child has been picked up to speak to them. Thank you for keeping Kidventure as safe as possible.

What to Wear and Bring to Camp

  • Comfortable shorts
  • Tennis shoes and socks (please no flip-flops)
  • Hat or cap
  • Sunscreen
  • Lunch (If bringing your own)
  • A backpack for all your stuff
  • Blanket or Sleeping Pad for quiet time (Discoverers Only age 3-Entering K).

Please Do Not Bring To Camp:

  • Toys or electronics (This includes Game Boys, Nintendo, and Ipod)
  • Mobile Phones
